1. Services Offered

We provide functional medicine-inspired health coaching, nervous system regulation tools, subconscious reprogramming support, and downloadable resources. This includes:

• 1:1 VIP Health Coaching Program

• Quantum Upgrade Hour

• Educational resources (PDFs, guides, toolkits)
  

Important: We do not offer medical diagnosis or treatment. Our services are coaching-based and educational in nature.

2. User Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our services. By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age and understand these terms.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are due upfront via secure payment gateways.

• VIP Program: ₹29,999 (4 months)

• Quantum Upgrade Hour: ₹9,999 (1 session)

• No refunds are provided once payment is processed and services begin. Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full.

4. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Being honest and transparent in your forms and sessions

• Following through on the guidance given

• Consulting your licensed medical provider for medical issues

We do not guarantee outcomes, as results depend on your consistency and bio-individual healing path.

5. Use of Content

All content on this website (images, PDFs, guides, blog posts, etc.) is owned by The Wellbeing HQ.

You may not copy, reproduce, or sell any materials without permission. Downloads are for personal use only.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

For live sessions:

Rescheduling is allowed 24+ hours in advance

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not refunded or rescheduled

7. Technology

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection for virtual sessions. We are not liable for issues on your end that affect session quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage from the use of our services. You acknowledge that holistic and functional practices are complementary, not replacements for licensed healthcare.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes indicates your acceptance.
